I so should not have installed that software as PC went Blue screen straight away, NOT very happy as i will have to spend so much time either trying to get passed Windows boot up screen to delete programe or reformating the machine which is not an too bad thing because I've not formated in ages.

Is VM something that you have to have installed runnning all the time (e.g. running in the background)  or is it an programme?

No, its basically a windows media player - for VMs. You only run the VM as long as u want.

Open VM Player, find the vm stored on your pc, boot it, do what you have to do, shut it down, close VM Player.

BSOD is all fixed without formatting hard drive (good news) so is back to gaming as Usual  Smiley

Dex wear do I need to look for VM software??

And is it complicated to setup and installed?

oh good!  

You can get the VM Player from here;

http://www.vmware.com/products/player/

As for installing i got Ant to install it for me and set up the VM files. You'll have to talk to him about going about that but once its up and running its very easy to use.
